SeqStudio™ 8 Flex Genetic Analyzer and 3500 Genetic Analyzer for Resequencing & Fragment Analysis and Two RTqPCR instruments (ABI 7500 and 7500 Fast) are available for use at the Department of Biological Sciences. This facility enables researchers to perform highly sensitive, accurate, and reproducible quantitation of gene expression.
